Chomsky's an idiot, and his article is all about moral equivalency and Bush-bashing.

Indeed.

He starts out well, pointing out that it was essentially an assassination - which was obviously true from the start, even if it did take time for Chomsky to realize that.

Then, instead of noting the obvious difference between the assassination of bin Laden and, say, the capture of Saddam Hussein and his turnover to the local government for trial, he goes off into this weird tangent about Bush. Huh?
