That is your automatic response in any debate on international issues, so you have no need to state it anymore...
I wonder why, the US government is know for it's truth telling  Pat Tillman, WMD, jessica lynch.
All states will manipulate the truth when they feel it is in their national interest, but not all the time...

Enough times to lose any trust, that's a fact. Also, some states more than others.
Our struggle is not against actual corrupt individuals, but against those in power in general, against their authority, against the global order and the ideological mystification which sustains it.

Paranoia strikes deep.
Into your mind it will creep.
It starts when you're always afraid.
"Step out of line, the man come and take you away."

Indeed.

He starts out well, pointing out that it was essentially an assassination - which was obviously true from the start, even if it did take time for Chomsky to realize that.

Then, instead of noting the obvious difference between the assassination of bin Laden and, say, the capture of Saddam Hussein and his turnover to the local government for trial, he goes off into this weird tangent about Bush. Huh?

If you don't think there's any merit in it, just because it's my signature, then that validates it perfectly.
