Win condiions:
Wizard of Oz - survive until one of the teams wins
Glinda - prevent any team from winning outright (force a draw)
Ozma - find and banish the Wizard
The three teams (Munchkins, Winkie/Flying Monkeys, Dorothy & friends) - outnumber all the other teams (including indies).
the three teams had an amalgam of characteristics, some of which were traditional town and some which were traditional scum.
The three indies were meant to balance each other out. Mono would tend to help whichever team was in the lead, Ghat would tend to help the teams that were behind, and Higgs would tend to focus on people with something to hide (indies and the seers of the three teams).

One other thing about the game: after day 1, each game thread title was a quote by the leader of whichever team/indie I thought had made the most decisive night move. I don't think anyone caught onto that.
Night 1 - Dorothy recruited the Scarecrow (who was viewed by 3 different players that night)
Night 2 - The Wizard banished the Cowardly Lion
Night 3 - The Wicked Witch of the West started organizing the Flying Monkeys
Night 4 - Ozma viewed the Wizard
