Anyone following the thread at RS, with this 'Monkeyhole' person who claims to have some sort of knowledge about the case? Most curious... :eddy:

That sounds right.

My father wrote numerous hardware patents while working for other companies. Though he was given credit for writing them, he did not have ownership.

Not recently, but I'll take a look...did this Monkeyhole cough up anything interesting?

No facts - just lots of fist-shaking smug "you'll see" statements about Josh being vindicated, and implications that RD's really to blame.

One wonders if it's Ms. Norton... :tea:

Yes, I've been browsing it. He's a moron/troll, but so are most of the other people in that thread. Very few of them have got the issue of copyright ownership right, and the ones that have have just been ignored. :fp:

I'm glad I'm done with that festering pit of idiocy.

Yeah, that's all.

There has been speculation about it being Josh's girlfriend.

First story about all this in the mass media?

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world ... 15632.html

Took them long enough to catch up.

eta: Notice that they picked up on his little blog post. My article on RD.net still hasn't been approved, and I bet it won't be. Richard is playing it smart and letting his lawyers do the talking. Josh should keep quiet before some reporter snags his comments over at ratskep :smoke:

Does anyone know where we can get our hands on the full 18 pages of the complaint?

Meanwhile, on a tangential but possibly related note, was the culprit responsible for having Rationalia listed as an "attack website" located? Only that happening at this time has a certain rodential odour to it ...

Presupposing the old accusations made, not in the least nor in the lowest tone, by the Blue Butterfly, regarding Josh's immeasurable technical incompetence along with the fact that it was only rationalia.com (a small fish in the pond, no offense) that was affected, I'm inclined to think it was coincidental and that Pawiz is paranoid.

eta: and so is Ayaan and Bella :razzle:

The malware attack has been an ongoing issue since October 11. A coincidence, I think.

I know. The thought crossed my mind. More than likely it was coincidental. But it wasn't completely illogical to briefly think it was possible.
