Netanyahu says no to a Palestinian state. Working on plans to annex the West Bank. What a time to be alive. Total disregard to international law, propped up by a fascist regime. Can't see how it gets any worse than this (although, I guess Democrats in concentration camps would top it all off).

Someone on the BBC lunchtime news today called the Israeli govt a fascist regime - the broadcaster/journalist didn't even challenge it. However, at the end of the interview they did announce that Israel disputes the charge of genocide and the ICJ has still to pass a final legal judgement on that charge. Such a weight of serious consideration and judgement from the likes of UNHCR, the ICC, OHCHR, the overwhelming majority of genocide scholars, the provisional findings of the ICJ, UNICEF, the Red Cross/Crescent, etc etc, that a genocide is ongoing in Gaza, and the BBC are still trotting out Israel's excuses on its behalf. To my mind that's not 'balance', that's 'complicity'.
