Race is not easy to define, but when it is defined for legal purposes, it usually follows visual characteristics over region of origin. I suppose the broad categories are:

Asian

It already has been enforced. Contempt of court (such as refusing to pay a fine or say what they order) can easily put someone in jail.

If a child expresses the opposite gender to their sex, they may grow up to be trans, or may grow up to be gay. How can you tell the difference? (remember that people are all-in on this - hormone-blockers and a whole life changed to suit)

As to the long video, I linked to the timecode where her chat started, and if you want to find her, you would have already.

So I'm not sure what you want to know...I don't remember her name, just her interviews. Lindsay Shepherd, who was censured by her university for simply playing a video of Peterson questioning the PC gender pronoun movement.

The video was off a government TV channel - TV Ontario I believe.
