If you were under any impression, for instance, that either of your kids was having unprotected or risky sex - you wouldn't keep shtum about it until something actually arose. You'd sit them down and at least educate them on appropriate precautions. And just as your kids having unprotected sex doesn't mean that they are pregnant or have contracted HIV - so does the fact that RDFRS reportedly being a bit incompetent in their financial affairs, doesn't mean that they're up to anything dodgy. But there is a needless risk being run, which is easily avoided, and which concerned parties deserve to know about.

Ha, ok, any potential problems would be impossible to investigate, it's the perfect crime!

Except, of course, few tricksier schemes than these get found out.

I'm wondering now what proof would satisfy LP that irregularities were not occuring.

I think Clinton might have a point. If she has an account in her personal name but only uses it for the foundation's purposes and this account is open to inspection, then it should be OK. I'm not speaking of technically legally, but she could show that the money in/money out numbers matched up.

Could the rest be accounted as soothing bloated ego sores with the blood of the current whipping boy: JT?
What I've found with a few discussions I've had lately is this self-satisfaction that people express with their proffessed open mindedness. In realty it ammounts to wilful ignorance and intellectual cowardice as they are choosing to not form any sort of opinion on a particular topic. Basically "I don't know and I'm not going to look at any evidence because I'm quite happy on this fence."

I would be happy in the short-term with evidence that donations were going to a dedicated RDFRS PayPal account, which was being monitored somewhat regularly by other individuals within the Foundation.

And actually - as an addendum - I think that Elisabeth Cornwell should have been already dismissed for the crap that she unequivocally HAS done. I don't care what talents they think she has - Richard, his Foundation, and everyone involved in or interested in his Foundation, deserves so much better.

Even if it could - it's all still fucking insane, and dishonest. Let me get a chance to get to the rest of the stuff!

She can't turn around and say: "I can explain…" - because she fucking CAN'T explain. Not to any truly satisfactory degree, anyway. She's knowingly, premeditatively, systematically lied through her teeth. If it were my organisation, I'd tell her to walk…

So when do you ambush RD, fuck him silly, and convince him you're the one person who can put order in his house?

So, to summarise, LP doesn't like Elisabeth Cornwell and wants her dismissed. Only LP can save Richard from himself....

Have to be honest, this whole thread don't amount to a hill of beans.

Ah, defensiveness.....

If you are so sure of yourself, do something useful with your info.

No - exasperation.

Christ. It's perfectly straightforward.

If you have evidence that the officers of the RDFRS are not following statuory reporting and accounting practices for charities, this is a matter for the authorities. Paas the info on to them. They can decide if anything could or should be investigated. It doesn't matter if you think this is impossible.

If you just don't like the way RDRFS operates but don't have any evidence that they are actually breaking any laws, then, by all means, moan on and on and on about it on here but you are wasting your time. If they are a shit charity, walk away, start your own, get involved with something else. You clearly are obsessed.

It woiuld be nice to see you get stuck into THIS forum a bit more, rather than flogging this one horse. Flog some more horses.

Fair deuce.

I may NOT be wasting my time, if I somehow manage to cause a chain of events that induce Richard to awaken from his coma, and failing that - I think people at least deserve to know what I have to tell. And I will get to that. There is more. I will get onto that, this evening.

You even agreed with that sentiment earlier in the thread. You seem to be showing the short-term memory of a goldfish, here.
