If you have evidence that the officers of the RDFRS are not following statuory reporting and accounting practices for charities, this is a matter for the authorities. Paas the info on to them. They can decide if anything could or should be investigated. It doesn't matter if you think this is impossible.

If you just don't like the way RDRFS operates but don't have any evidence that they are actually breaking any laws, then, by all means, moan on and on and on about it on here but you are wasting your time. If they are a shit charity, walk away, start your own, get involved with something else.
I may NOT be wasting my time, if I somehow manage to cause a chain of events that induce Richard to awaken from his coma, and failing that - I think people at least deserve to know what I have to tell. And I will get to that. There is more. I will get onto that, this evening.
