So he honestly thought that it was appropriate for him to be taking 92% of the proceeds from a charity shop on top of the money he was already being paid ? and thought that it was fine to report that the shop was just ticking over to Richard ? Is it moral to market yourself under the umbrella and on the website of a charity and then claim you are a For Profits company separate from that charity even though your website says shop proceeds support the charity ? There are even options to Donate to the foundation on the shop web page furthering the impression .They are all on some very shaky legal ground and morally everyone involved in this should be ashamed of either their deliberate duplicity or criminal mismanagement of charity funds .

Allegedly. It was apparently a verbal contract, which could mean anything. It could mean something as simple as a misunderstanding. Frankly I don't give a flying fuck. I stopped caring years ago.

Ok, if UBP is not solely dedicated to RDFRS, and depending on the answer to how the inventory was obtained, then UBP should be able to show a simple accounting of:

Sales of RDF items $XXXXX
Cost of RDF items $ (XXX)
Profit from RDF items $ XX
Donation to RDF $ (XX)
Remainder $ -0-

Any other expense the company had is not relevant. At least not to RDFRS. I'm sure it would still be relevant to the IRS and California Franchise Tax Board that the company was deducting what appears to be personal expenses of the shareholder. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if UBP and JT were audited as a result of this. In fact, the IRS has a tip hotline just for this sort of thing.
