This is a horrible prosecution, I think. Unless he had a record of worse stuff, which they don't mention.
He was inside his own locked room, for fucks sake. And pissed. Hurting nobody. I would have thought stuff like that was an occupational hazard for cleaners. He should have just got a bollocking.

I'm leaning towards the cleaners should have just fucked off and left him alone, too. I have two sets of locks between me and the public, and I also own a bicycle. While I haven't yet been intimate with it, I would think I should have a reasonable expectation of privacy if I were to lock myself in my own apartment should the urge arise. I do have one of those gel-foam seats, you see...too early to rule anything out.
