I didn't have time to elaborate before.

1) Look at Aza yesterday. Try to picture those posts as Scum play or Town play. Looks like Scum to me.

2) Yesterday, Amok hung around the thread for at least an hour, popping in and out, but not posting beyond her first post. I decided to pressure her with a vote. After she posted, I sensed a Towny vibe, so I pulled my vote.

3) Irre looks far better today than yesterday.

4) I did notice that B.Tern's vote on Shizz looked odd, so I asked who they were at TR, but found out a bit late to make a difference. Yes, Town Borealis would not have read Shizz's posts as Scummy. Good BW there, though I missed it.

I got the sense yesterday, that she was playing a calculated game. town or scum. I know she's gotten better at her scum game. Will get back to you on this

What's worse? Reading the thread and not posting anything because you feel you don't have anything of substance to offer yet, or posting stuff that seems too obvious to even mention? It's a dilemma, because my thoughts right now are just that it would be mind-boggling if both Irre and Mantis were Scum. There were other prospects with two votes on them (including me) at a point where a bandwagon wouldn't have been too suspicious, I think. I'm also going to look again at why I had a bad feeling about DP. It was mostly the inconsistancy of his statements. That's enough for a first day vote, but it's not good enough for the second day.

Would you say you're confused?

Of course I am. I'm always confused for the first few days. I need more than a day or two of posts and actions before I can make decisions I consider sensible. I usually vote anyway, because I learned Mafia on a site where there's a penalty for not voting, but also because I think it's a bit of a cop out not to vote for anything other than a real-life reason.

This meta stuff sounds like so much woo to me, in the first few days at least. Sounds like lots of citing, with lots affirmation when a guess is right, and lots of self-exculpation when it's wrong.

You had Nightson as town until late in the day? Nightson only made five posts, which included lynching Diva, Feck and Btern. I think this just shows that people given Special roles are in as much in a muddle as everyone else at first, until they can start using their powers and aligning with others.

I meant to say what I said in response to DP's post.. this one:

Nightson didn't scream out "I'm a special!" yesterday. I looked at his posts. What he did do was vote for diva, then even though he moved his vote off to help lynch b.tern, he then questioned diva about her insinuating that aza's vote on shizz was the scummy one.

Diva as scum gets nervous about people. She takes out people she thinks are onto her. I actually thought I'd be the NK last night for sure, but if diva were scum it'd make sense, because nightson was onto her, plus she'd feel guilty NK'ing me twice in a row on night 1

I didn't spot anything in nightsons posts yesterday either, but it's my first game with him, wondering if someone who plays with him regularly may have picked up on his special game?

Diva tends to be way more together as scum than she is as town, having teammates seems to temper the major flailing we get when she's under pressure as town, yesterday looked a little like she was trying to replicate a town drama, badly, but could just be my read on it.

Shizzle, seems too scummy to be scum, but then again could be a double bluff, or just bad play.

Irre, kinda glad I left my mayor vote where it was yesterday, getting a town vibe today.

Zig, I am leaning town on feck, undecided on bili (but I am agreeing with a fair bit of what he's saying), and am leaning scummy on diva hence my vote.

I think amok is playing her town game, but what I have as a recent experience, is her town-appearing game as scum. Meta, yes, but I'm holding off a read of her.

amok does seem town to me too.

Aza as well, because i think b.tern was using him as a scapegoat for her vote on Matt.
