Your entire suspect list was lacking in any real substance. I am always suspicious of anyone who lays out the majority of the roster and then makes generalized comments or simple regurgitation of base facts without elaboration. Its what scum have a tendency to do as a way of appearing to look town ("Oooo...look at me I have outlines and / or charts! Don't I look townish!?").
Gonzo did a lot of this in Ratz Drama Mafia.
Oblivion / raven did this in Ghost in the Shell Mafia.
They were scum in these games. That in and of itself might just be pure meta but now you come in 3 posts after the GM's vote count, where you had no vote, accuse anyone not voting of being scummy, then lay a vote down finally to remove yourself from said category??? So can we say that you were scummy for 9 pages prior to your mayor vote? Can we also say that I have been scummy prior to this vote?

fyi contra, I did it in the FF game because it is something I do as town. but usually after day 1. on day 1 I stick with what makes an impression.

Well we did nearly lynch JEROME in MMPR Mafia over similar reasoning and he wound up being town as was I but something about Linus I find unsettling...disingenuous, like he's trying "too hard" if you know what I mean. How many games has Linus played, anyway? Is he relatively new or more experienced? Feel free to answer for yourself as well, Linus, but for the time being I'll let my vote stand while he is under no real pressure. I would like opinions from others.

Linus is a good player, a good town player certainly - not sure if i have seen his scum game. As town he is all about stats odds and has a sort of science based approach

last couple of times he played here i recall he had a very specific angle on mayor voting, he seems to have dropped that this game. on the whole i still think he's town in this game but have very little to back that up with so will bear this in mind when i do my reread with a beer

Linus plays here as much or more than at TR. I've seen him play scum 2 or 3 times, so I think his scum game is under development. this looks like his town game so far, though gib is right that he has stopped pushing his mayor vote scheme. His vote on mono looks like he personally is following it.

I've never played in a game with him before so I'll take your word for it.

Having said that I am still very weary of anyone resembling Ross Perot with his charts - especially here where the only two "firsts" I have encountered were (1) getting night killed and (2) my only loss in regards to win condition. Perhaps I am a lot more paranoid around people who I am unfamiliar with.
Regardless, I will prolly give him my mayor vote once I figure out how to do this in the mobile version (have to make it blue).

Fos Linus, Mattshizzle and Diva.

Why would diva out herself as vanilla after pointing out to Mattshizzle that it's a bad idea to out yourself early?
I did not point out to Matt Shizzle that it's a bad idea to out himself early, I told Irre that I was not sure about a mass claim.

Two different things.

FOS this.

In the post GiTS game you implied that you tend to go with Mafia theory so I would think that you would sympathise with how Linus plays.

Oblivion, I am still uber sus of you because you are starting to get cranky.

if you are, then saying so is terrible mafia strategy.

I don't believe you are.
