mantis for there to be a final investigator it has to be ksen, from my point of view of course. Why would he pass up the night kill? If he had killed b.tern and athene last night it would be me, you and him today. He so easily could have stood on his bus of dp and thrown wifom around with abandon. He'd be in a great position to win the game. But instead he choose to risk the chance of being the nk, of being viewed, and still having to make a successful nk tonight to win instead? That just doesn't sound like ksen.

It may not sound like him... but, maybe he was just taking the risk.. the only thing he could really do if he was scum.

I think he probably would have known that Athene would have viewed rc instead.

Trust me, I do have misgivings about this -- because, even from the earlier days he seemed genuine in his reaction to Ob about her always thinking he's scum.

But, if it's not you, and if we accept that B's role is indy that has to survive to the end (as our win condition outlines) then it would be him

What about b stating her role? the character completely fits with the description of her taking a mentoree.. in other words an indy role. You really are accepting that Aza has just made a mistake?

I'd go with him targetting whoever mantis protected, then. Or making a no kill pm to confuse the issue.

..but then there's comparing that to ksen's claim and the fact that he would of had to bus DP.

And I would have to bus the Don too since I was on his case from Day 1.

So unless he kind of just made an error in that.. I don't know.

I honestly can't see any way he could spin that. there's no conceivable way you could call Nyarlathotep an investigator from the Miskatonic University.
