I just find it funny that the "techniques" they invented to try and prove their bullshit & give it "respectability" are being used to disprove it.

It is something that has amused me for some time. Christian Creationism - due to the problems created by the ark myth - must actually propose a fater rate of evolutionary change than evolutionary biology. It is the sort of inconsistency that crops up when you start trying to cherry-pick real science to "prove" your book of fairy tales correct.

As Dara O'briain suggests in his standup act - two rock solid arguments against creationism - 1. We still bite the inside of our mouth and 2. The appendix, which still kills people at random!

Yeah, it would certainly explain a lot. It's far more plausible to me that an omnibenevolent god.
