You can't count Libya, they would be toast without our missiles and bombs.

Afghanistan is the only one.
So why don't you shoot off over there, Seth? Those boys have your attitude to government, and the same love of guns. You would rather rub shoulders with wolfies than sheepies. So fuck off and join em.
.

Ireland did it from 1916 to 1922
A certain set of Colonies did it in 18th-century North America...

Makes you wonder what would have happened in Warsaw in 1942 if weapons had been freely available.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Limit for drinking while carrying?
Yes, in Montana the limit is zero. You may not handle or carry a weapon while drinking or intoxicated. Sober carry only and no carry at all into bars.
In Colorado, it's illegal to be "intoxicated" while in possession of a firearm. There is no specific BAC limit, so there is no presumptive level at which it's illegal. This means that it's up to the discretion of the police for arrest and the DA for prosecution to find probable cause of "intoxication," which would most likely make reference to the DUI limits for driving at some point. But this allows the police to act if there is any physical evidence of intoxication at least to disarm and arrest.

It is legal to carry a concealed handgun into a bar or restaurant where alcohol is served, so long as the bearer does not become intoxicated. Thus, one can have a glass of wine or beer with dinner without breaking the law.

We haven't had a rash of drunken shootouts, as some predicted.

Lots more dead Nazis for sure, but eventually Hitler would have decided preserving the infrastructure wasn't worth it and would have bombed the shit out of everything using stand-off weapons.

Just look at how determined the Jews of Israel are to never let that happen again, and how well a fully-armed citizenry works there.

Certainly helps to have the citizens impose their illegal and immoral rule over the helots anyway.

Well, so long as you have not been "adjudicated" to be insane, or have been involuntarily committed to a mental institution, the presumption is that you're free to peaceably exercise your RKBA rights, but that's a federal law, not just as state one.

See, we like to wait till someone actually demonstrates an incapacity to properly exercise their rights before taking them away...unlike the UK where the sheeple are presumed to be incompetent to provide for their own safety and are banned from having weapons, including pointy knives or OC spray by their masters.

I think I hit it a few times...

Where did you find an M1 Garand that fit 30 rounds in the magazine? :what:
It was a long, curved magazine. My memory (it was a long time ago) says 30 rounds; maybe it was only 20... :dunno:

It was fun!

The Garand has an internal 8-round magazine fed by en-bloc clip. It might have been an M1A, though every magazine I've ever seen for those has been straight. The Mini-14 resembles a scaled-down M1A and curved 30 round mags exist for it, that would be my guess. :prof:

The price of 22 LR shells has come down $2.00/box of 525 Federal.
I hope that's true for the Weatherby too.

We are talking the same gun, right? (perhaps it was the M1A, but it certainly wasn't a Mini-14)

US WW2 semi-automatic carbine, .30 caliber...

The rounds were almost pistol-like (no flare from bullet to cartridge)

Given that, it certainly had a "banana style" magazine, whether it was 20 or 30 rounds I'm not sure...

Not necessarily. It might mean that the ammunition manufacturers have been ramping up production in anticipation of high sales...
