Straightforward meditative practice works fine. You know all this Rum, you've been along that road. It is important to still the racing horses of the mind and all that stuff. Meditation does have a effect on a your mental health - studiess have shown longterm meditators are happier and more optimistic/realistic. All prayer is can be found in meditative practice - stilling the mind for twenty minutes a day is enough. And you reduce your reliance on woo when you know your doing 'nothing' yourself. :smoke:
