None of that is true, UT. The vote would have been 5 to 4.5 with all of the MSG/b'tern voters gone for the day, and with you apparently gone too for two pages, after having placed a useless vote on gib. I checked the browsing status for the end of day, and it was only me and gib and b'tern at the end. gib didn't even manage to get in a final vote.Uselesstwit wrote: so early today I was town until I voted for you? msg was savable, if you and gib had both voted diva it would have been 4.5 diva to 4 msg. but instead you threw away your vote and gib posted but didn't bother to change his vote. throw in how the two of you have been the driving force behind every lynch vote and yeah I think the two of you might be scum.

dp, every single time i've lynched voted diva she's flipped town, I just don't trust my reads on her. That said it's early and I really do have concerns about gib and grit. So don't try to pressure me onto a bw just yet okay?Don't Panic wrote:There's no point in splitting the town vote ut, how about we take diva today and grit tomorrow?Uselesstwit wrote:it's kind of interesting no one is talking about last nights vote. b.ter waiting so long to fully out obviously didn't help anything, but gib and grit really looked scummy as hell to me. gib shows up to post a hey what's up guys post followed by what looks like a defenseive post is bad. Grit unvoting the special only to vote for someone with no votes instead of the second place person meant that he got off the bw AND left b.ter unsavable.

No pressure, just pointing out a split town allows scum to swing the vote.Uselesstwit wrote:dp, every single time i've lynched voted diva she's flipped town, I just don't trust my reads on her. The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

Re: Mythadventures: Day 4 - Hit or Myth
exactly my point, gib posts right at day end and once again before the thread was closed and neither one was a vote trying to save the special, you don't find that a bit suspicious? I have the vote count at 6.5 msb.t to 3 diva before you came back. you could have made it 5.5 msb.t to 4 diva and gib could have made it 4 msb.t to 5.5 diva. but instead of even trying to save the special you threw your vote onto char. Why would you not even try to save a special? why would gib post twice but not change his vote?grit wrote:None of that is true, UT. actually now that i've spelled it out like that it does look like they didn't want to lynch diva so dp might be onto something.

I think you're wrong, UT. I'm not seeing that gib ever had a vote on MSG/b.tern. gib was most adamant about keeping her on 'till the next day in any case.Uselesstwit wrote: exactly my point, gib posts right at day end and once again before the thread was closed and neither one was a vote trying to save the special, you don't find that a bit suspicious? gib didn't place a vote. It was you who didn't change one. And it was you who made such a fuss about b.tern giving the name and now saying giving a name is moot. Did you get a safe name claim? And why do you think it is Aza hasn't answered?

Re: Mythadventures: Day 4 - Hit or Myth
okay first off the mayor not voting is even worse, but that just means that if he had voted for diva it would have been 5.5 diva to 5 msg, still a save. So answer the question, why did you not try to save msg? As for the name thing, the name isn't that important, the role is the big thing. What bugged me yesterday was b.ter outing her role but refusing to give up her name. She already painted a big target for scum so why would she not give us the name? halfouts never ever work out well. as for dp, he's just name claimed, that gives him no extra weight in my book. I doubt all the main characters are specials and some of them might be scum. So that's the difference between the two situations.grit wrote:I think you're wrong, UT. I just realized that we don't have a dazed person with us today. I wonder if scum felt that was clearing to many people.

I know I'm not too involved, I'm playing dwarf fortress. Pure unadulterated geek crack. I don't think the kidnappings clear anyone. I think a missed night action is more likely than your explanation UT.
Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

Re: Mythadventures: Day 4 - Hit or Myth
Your math is still wrong, UT.
You’ve known for days I had diva down as in my town pile, but, IN YOUR ABSENCE OF WAITING OUT THE IMPORTANT MSG MATTER, I voted for who I had listed in my scum pile for days instead of one I thought town. I hadn’t concocted some elaborate diversion in the middle of it like one player did to vote on someone only Irre had on the top of her scum list and most of us voted as mayor.Uselesstwit wrote:it's kind of interesting no one is talking about last nights vote. b.ter waiting so long to fully out obviously didn't help anything, but gib and grit really looked scummy as hell to me. gib shows up to post a hey what's up guys post followed by what looks like a defenseive post is bad. Re: Mythadventures: Day 4 - Hit or Myth
Shucks.Another townie lynched. I don't think we can afford any more townie lynches. I was almost convinced that b.MSG was faking the bus driver role.
Just jotting down my thoughts.
Only one kill yesterday night and no one has been gagged. Is the townie with special powers now dead, or not sure of whom to kill?
I checked the time stamp on UT's lynch vote against irre. It was 7:00 pm CST (exactly at the end of day). It was as if he wanted to make sure that no body posted after him. I was online at that time, and if I had changed my vote to irre, she would have been lynched instead. I am not sure what to make of it.
@ UT- I can understand you voting for UT, but can you explain the timing of your vote?
I still think one of gib or grit is definitely the scum. There has been very little suspicion cast on them. I would have thought that the scum would eliminate the townie with the least suspicion, yet grit is alive after 3nights.

here's the post from yesterday, can we please give this a rest? How do you feel about the mayor not voting at all r.c.?
