well it's true that the notion grit was evil kept popping into my head - i excpected a scum mantis or a scum feck to give it some more momentum so i set it out there

feck didnt really bite and mantis seemed to downgrade grit on her scum list, so what do you make of that?

You make of that how it really is. At first I was confused about the whole thing... I thought grit might have accidentally posted the scumboard for this game. I think that played on my suspicions of him. But when I realized that AZA had fully confirmed that it was the scum board for the king maker game... my suspicions were lessened. (I didn't fully re read the situation until today) ----- but before that, I kept on thinking and wanting to type out the suspicion that he actually posted the writeboard for this game... but didn't because I didn't want to make him feel bad.

Basically, after reading Day 2's posts of his today, I felt more comfortable with him. Not fully.. but more so than before.

Yea, you asked about her 'meta'..got a few responses, and then said that "well, maybe her meta is usually not to throw in the towel, but maybe she brought it up a notch.. " ... so you were insinuating that she could still do this as scum, even though her meta says otherwise. And then I posted, and said "Irre don't vote for yourself" .. and then next post, you unvote.

ksen may remember one. He was the jailkeeper and I was the seer. He protected/blocked me, and both the scumkill and the sk-kill, which had targeted me, failed to happen. He was sure that the simple explanation - that I'd been the killer was much more likely than the complex one - that I'd been the target of every goddamn night action in the game, except my own (which failed - but I did target the SK that night).

Yeah, goes to show that Occam isn't always the right way to go.

I have a history of misjudging her over at TR as she can probably well attest to. If we don't go for her today then I think UT is our next best option.

I don't want to lynch feck today.

for me, it comes down to Mantis, Irre and UT at the moment.

I'm deeply confused because scum-irre usually convinces me she's town. I've been convinced twice so far, and counting. but right now, I'm leaning scum.

there is a lack of attainableness to today's lynch.

and I still keep coming back to "but she was blocked and there was no kill!" re mantis.

UT I dunno, it seems like an also-ran, not a strong 'yeah let's lynch this one'.
