Re: Starfeet Day 2
Aden is looking much better to me as perhaps townish, after night chat.
Re: Starfeet Day 2
^Well I can think of a good reason to kill Aza ,He said his Demise should point the finger at Irre ...that's nice frame to put around Irre (mind you there is Wifom on this too)
And Ksen you are right He did look a little special
And Ksen you are right He did look a little special

what's an obvious special hunt idgigrit wrote:Honestly, it's a somewhat obvious special hunt. Ob and I played as masons at TR, where I was vanilla and she was vig. I wouldn't want Spock's brain to reveal, because I'm thinking Spock's brain is a town special.ksen wrote:What kind of question is that?grit wrote:What sort of mason do we reckon Aza was? Must be a "wins with town"?
Aza was town otherwise the reveal would have revealed Aza as scum/indy.

Re: Starfeet Day 2
That's true. It maybe works better with my gut read, but I still like ob's a bit more. Thing is, if it were a vig kill, there were scummier looking folk too, like me for instance (unless there's indeed a strong Ratz tradition of, "don't kill the n00b first day in his first game"). You think either scum or vig simply went for someone middle-of the road? But I guess it's just too much wifom.ksen wrote:Why are you assuming Aza was a scum hit? While I do think it's the more likely scenario I'm not discounting a vig hit and a blocked scum kill. A few people had Aza on their suspicious list. And he did seem more quiet than usual yesterday.

What are your thoughts on Mantis, gib?

Are you suffering from confusion? steeplechasing?Feck wrote:^Well I can think of a good reason to kill Aza ,He said his Demise should point the finger at Irre ...that's nice frame to put around Irre (mind you there is Wifom on this too)

I have arrived at my destination and am now plugged in figuratively and literally.
primary suspects: divagreen, irretating (based upon azathoth's intimations of impending mortality) and ksen.
secondary suspect: bilirubin (for the same reasons he has for suspecting me, probably)
town reads are reset to zero.

Re: Starfeet Day 2
bili stayed pretty firm on Denny yesterday, but I'll have to go look again and see if it was an offline issue.
Re: Starfeet Day 2
Yes I'm confused please explain why Irre would have wanted Aza dead last night ?oblivion wrote:Are you suffering from confusion? steeplechasing?Feck wrote:^Well I can think of a good reason to kill Aza ,He said his Demise should point the finger at Irre ...that's nice frame to put around Irre (mind you there is Wifom on this too)

affirmativeness. My suspicions of bilirubin are purely meta-based and directly relate to knowing he's an excellent scum player. He is not anywhere near the top of my suspect list, but I feel obligated to raise that flag before I'm deceased and mercifully released from my posting peculiarities.grit wrote:bili stayed pretty firm on Denny yesterday, but I'll have to go look again and see if it was an offline issue.

i've barely noticed hergrit wrote:What are your thoughts on Mantis, gib?
Re: Starfeet Day 2
azathoth observed yesterday that he usually is nightkilled early when irretating is scum. That plus some of the other observations overnight put her in ny top tier of suspiciousness.Feck wrote:Yes I'm confused please explain why Irre would have wanted Aza dead last night ?oblivion wrote:Are you suffering from confusion? steeplechasing?Feck wrote:^Well I can think of a good reason to kill Aza ,He said his Demise should point the finger at Irre ...that's nice frame to put around Irre (mind you there is Wifom on this too)

what are your suspicions, Feck? You voted irretating yesterday, change of heart?

Fair enough. But in re-reading yesterday, between you and me and bili and gib, I'm gonna credit bili with the Denny kill.oblivion wrote:affirmativeness. Re: Starfeet Day 2
i abdicated at like 2am or something after 5 beers, your point?Bilirubin wrote:So, just up, having coffee and catching up with the overnight activities. I see Ob was bigging up my game again. I haven't played in like 6 months so I wonder to what end.
How about some quid pro quo? I would like to know about gib's usual scum game please. Whereas he played a pro town game, two things stand out. One, his unreasonable expectation of answers of people without offering the same in kind to questions posed of him. Two, when push came to shove in the voting in terms of building a bandwagon, he abdicated. That seems out of character from what I had seen up to that point.

Indeed.ksen wrote:Wait . . . waht?oblivion wrote:primary suspects: divagreen, irretating (based upon azathoth's intimations of impending mortality) and ksen.
it's mostly a certain something missing from your yesterday's game: assertiveness.
my thinking may be characterized as being simplistically straightforward, but that's where I am. irretating and divagreen are well ahead of you among my concerns.
