Not anymore, looks like the odds of a real civil war have gone drastically down too.

A few years back, when the whole Ivoirianness thing was at its peak (when Watara got thrown out of the run for president because he was the wrong ethnic group), and things in the North threatened to spill into Mali and Burkina
