Pah. Who cares what God thinks?

I like giant lizards. And I actually exist.

So there, God.
As a 121.92 meter mutant fire-breathing lizard-thingy, I appreciate that.

"Giant" is relative. A Komodo would kick your (and my) ass, in all likelihood, in its natural environment.
these are things we think we know
these are feelings we might even share
these are thoughts we hide from ourselves
these are secrets we cannot lay bare.

This is the worst "cartoon" of that lot in the OP, and demonstrates how warped and ruinous their thinking is.

I don't think so. I wouldn't even wish that on a creationist.

I think you are all being terribly cruel! I'll bet that the creators of those cartoons probably spent thousands of man-hours praying for god to make them funny - I mean, funny cartoons don't just 'evolve' now, do they? That would be fucking silly!

So, cut them a break. Consider the supreme concentration and pious holiness that went into making this complete and utter bollocks and wonder why you, an atheist, would never be able to spend so much time and effort to create something so fucking pathetic yourself! Admit it, you wouldn't do it, would you? You'd just rely on belittling easy, obviously flawed statements by creationists, wouldn't you? Well anyone can do that! it's fucking EASY!!1! Actually praying to god and jeebus for funniness and then concocting some shit-arsed cartoons that wouldn't raise a laugh from a 5-day-stoned pot-head in the middle of a giggling fit AND having the utter brainlessness to think that you, let alone any other fucker, find them funny - THAT takes serious fucking dedication!!1!!!1!!!!

But you are too brainwashed by your logic and science and reason and unholy masturbation to see it.

They should start praying to Baal, or maybe the Baal Shem.

What I've found with a few discussions I've had lately is this self-satisfaction that people express with their proffessed open mindedness. In realty it ammounts to wilful ignorance and intellectual cowardice as they are choosing to not form any sort of opinion on a particular topic. Basically "I don't know and I'm not going to look at any evidence because I'm quite happy on this fence."

Their prayers were answered, too!

Is this a dig at the "Christian side hug"?

If so, awesome! Side huggers freak me out. Hugging from the side like girls got their girly bits for no reason... That can't be what God intended.

wow...my toes just curled and I cringed when reading these comics.
On the other hand, at least they are attempting humor, which is a step forward I think.

Oh another thing I noticed; I went to the website and looked at some more of these cartoons. Some are unintentionally funny as you keep looking at them and think about it with an atheist perspective.

+1 There is no way the above cartoon can be pro-creationist. Someone in AIG seems to have had a sense-of-humour bypass, and can' t see the irony. :hehe:

Or else the AIG web site management is, well sub-standard.

I thought that at first too.

Same applies to the "original sin" one with the little kiddy, and the Santa one. They make the atheist point brilliantly.
