Are those the only possibilities you can think of?

ok so the flavor...from the day 1 op.

"Yeah, we got a way to get the money out. We were gonna try to hide among the hostages until the tunnel was finished. Codewords? Yeah, I don't need a pen. I have a good memory . . . "

tunnel...pick-axe? I think this could be an indication that we are really close to endgame here.

Marine?? I dunno.

Nevermind, I reread and see where you're coming from.

it's possible that the town adjuster thinks gonzo is town.

I dunno. I think if I were picking someone to get points off of, I would have picked you.

What do you think happened with gonzo?

I can not see anything.
I'm town, and I'm not armed. Still on 4.
That's all I know.
That and Charlou is the doc.

that doesn't mean I'm right. If there's another way at looking at the info, it's worth trotting out, IMO.

I need to give the possibilities more thought. I don't want to create wifom.

crosspost edit @ ob ... I think the pickaxe/tunnel connection is obviously significant, so yep. Intriguing inclusion of clues that I'm not used to here. They don't seem to be the RatSkep neon sign variety either ... more subtle and perhaps accumulative?

My codeword I think is difficult to guess even with the 3 of 4 letters given so far.
Do other people think of their codewords as being so?
ie, not common words, like authorized.

from the PG OP:

"Expect lies, treachery, and puzzles that will challenge you beyond your wildest dreams. This is the game you do not want to miss this year!"

puzzles. but definitely not delivered on silver platters.

"authorized"
"Marine" - the military meaning or something to do with water? I'm thinking more likely the former.
"pick-axe"

maybe a Marine (good guy?) was authorized on night 2? The result of such a thing isn't jumping out from the OP code stuff.

Also, on day 2 and 3 Zigmen used the word "launch" for starting the day. I wonder if that is significant.
