actually you know, screw being nice about it, mz's theory is garbage. If we follow it scum will also be able to arm any of us in one night, we don't want that. make them spend two night actions instead of one if they want to arm someone. Let's stick with putting points on likely scum and not do 1/3 of the scums work for them.

I'm interested in them because I don't know them.oblivion wrote:I don't know what revealing my codeword will do, and I'm not dead yet.Fuzzy Fungi wrote:I disagree. More information helps town. Even if revealing your codeword makes you vulnerable, it doesn't matter. You're already dead.oblivion wrote:I was targeted again, and I'm now armed. I don't think it's to town's benefit for scum to know exactly how many points I received last night. It was less than 4 and more than zero.Fuzzy Fungi wrote:I don't know who is or is not scummy, but I do know that I really want to know what happened last night.
why are you so interested in the code words?

she got a point on night 1. her code letter changed during the bobble.irretating wrote:Did I miss where bolero got a point?Uselesstwit wrote:but mz, no one got 4 points last night in case you haven't gotten that yet, and also no one but people that look town to me has been hit with night points with the exception of bolero who got a whopping one point. it's in the day two original post edit, my total dropped 2 while hers went up one with that edit. or so she says. her letter definitely did change.irretating wrote:Did I miss where bolero got a point?Uselesstwit wrote:but mz, no one got 4 points last night in case you haven't gotten that yet, and also no one but people that look town to me has been hit with night points with the exception of bolero who got a whopping one point. UT, I'm not saying leave points on everyone at the end of the day. I'm saying use points during the game day to encourage people to participate, and put points on people we'd like to help the vig finish off.Uselesstwit wrote:actually you know, screw being nice about it, mz's theory is garbage. It's not a theory, it's a strategy based on assumptions.Uselesstwit wrote:but mz, no one got 4 points last night in case you haven't gotten that yet, and also no one but people that look town to me has been hit with night points with the exception of bolero who got a whopping one point. Assumption that the game is balanced and that town has a four point hit capability.
There are any number of reasons why there was no vig hit last night.
There is also the possibility that there was as you were hit with a change in points.
Although at this point I cannot understand why a vig would do that.
This game is fucking with my mind.
Re: Timebomb Day 3
If there were two blocks on night one - one on charlou and one on someone else - then the second one didn't work, becasue UT had points subtracted, meaning they blocked the wrong person.oblivion wrote:what is this shit?Bolero wrote:But we know that Night 1 block didn't work because UT had points subtracted.oblivion wrote:there was no 2nd claim of being blocked on night 1.Bolero wrote:I'd rather not say exactly what happened to me last night (yes, that may look dodgy, but I do have my reasons), but IMO it was definitely scummy.
X-post oblivion. You're making assumptions about town roles. If charlou has protection power, then someone else has subtraction power. Therefore, there may be more than one block per night.
Oh nevermind. Back to my hole.

OK I thought UT was talking about last night, where bolero says something happened to her.
LOL UT here I was thinking I was plain thick or something. If the scum strategy is to confuse the crap out of us, then they are succeeding with me.

What has stood out about feck to me is, he is paying way more attention to the game than he normally does. But I don't know if the reason is good or evil.oblivion wrote:because he's got me worried today.irretating wrote:oblivion wrote:unvote; vote Feck

Re: Timebomb Day 3
and i'm saying i'd rather leave the arming in the hands of town instead of a vig that i'm not sure exists and whose judgment i find doubtful if he does.

the night actions are pretty chaotic.
