Well, here, it would seem both the man and the woman are equals in this this - it's not just the frat guy that is not being sexually "rect" and his behavior ought not to be considered any less "respectful" to her than hers to him. The article, of course, focuses on the male's role in this, and hardly mentions the woman and there is no larger statement implied about her or other women.

But - your point is well-taken - to be shocked that frat guys will have sex with women when and where they get the chance is rather silly...
