No, there was some noise about it in the peanut gallery. After Day 1 Oblivion sent me a PM asking if I wanted one. I said no, then later replied that maybe we should have one on standby. I was already on the chopping block by then.

I trusted M's "noob card" at end game in a previous game and she flipped scum, so I don't really trust my own perception of other players' lack of game logic or skill as a result.



Edit: Linus, it's always been my understanding that all non-town players would have a safe claim, though I could be wrong about SK's :think: . I also doubt oblivion would include such an obvious clue wrt connecting a player to a weapon.

no, my vote stays where it is i'm not being swayed and assuming the worst about our specials .

Linus Oblivion will have given out a list of character names in the scum thread ,or even maybe given each scum team member a name just in case there was a mass outing of character names .

Is "scum" a generic shorthand for anything anti-town here, or do you think we still have scum (as opposed to SK/third faction/whatever) in the game?

But a safe name claim won't necessarily mean being viewed as safe, is that right? I mean, anyone could claim to be such-and-such a character, but the point of the seer would be to find out the truth.
