Yeah, just say it. Who?
We have no great war, no great depression.
Our great war is a spiritual war.
Our great depression is our lives.

Not all of us have accounts there.
I'm wild just like a rock, a stone, a tree
And I'm free, just like the wind the breeze that blows
And I flow, just like a brook, a stream, the rain
And I fly, just like a bird up in the sky
And I'll surely die, just like a flower plucked
And dragged away and thrown away
And then one day it turns to clay
It blows away, it finds a ray, it finds its way
And there it lays until the rain and sun
Then I breathe, just like the wind the breeze that blows
And I grow, just like a baby breastfeeding
And it's beautiful, that's life

Let us think the unthinkable, let us do the undoable, let us prepare to grapple with the ineffable itself, and see if we may not eff it after all.

I take it Made of Stars is Starr?
We have no great war, no great depression.
Our great war is a spiritual war.
Our great depression is our lives.

Made of Stars is the member formerly known as Ecophysiologist. He was a mod for a while back on the RD.net forum. I met both him and Starr last year in Melbourne and can confirm they are separate beings.

And he's rather handsome. Just saying… :shifty:
Then they for sudden joy did weep,
And I for sorrow sung,
That such a king should play bo-peep,
And go the fools among.
Prithee, nuncle, keep a schoolmaster that can teach
thy fool to lie: I would fain learn to lie.
