I never thought it did. I know lots of people who've done it loads of times including myself. I don't feel like my brain has been affected.

All that acid I took in the early 70s didn't affect my brain either.

On the face of it, David Nutt's remark, "I always assumed that, when properly designed studies were carried out, we would find ecstasy does not cause brain damage," seems very presumptuous. But I think he's always had good reason to assume that claims the drug causes brain damage (or any other major form
of harm) are total bollocks because if it were true there would need to be millions of unexplained cases brain damaged people in Britain. The same goes for depression, nerve damage or any ofther other claims made about it.

Wait, you don't have millions of cases of unexplained depression over there?

Agreed.
I don't think that ectasy as its meant to be does but the crap that is today does which has everything BUT mdma.
Ironically this problem would be solved if it was legalised and what shit goes into it is regulated.

Which is probably why she went unnoticed among a crowd of Christians.

Not that can be shown to be linked to E. There are millions of depressed people, but the overwhelming majority of those have never taken E. Besides, I've never heard that there are any "extra" cases of depression that need explaining.

When I had a testing kit for E's I found that for a whole year most of them contained MDMA one lot contained MDA no other drugs like speed coke or Heroin were found in any of the pills my friends took . It is typical of the UK GOV lies that they say 'you can't tell what's in a pill then make the sale of test kits illegal .'
Personally I know that taking MDMA leaves me feeling almost suicidally depressed the next day ,But I have depression anyway so it's not a surprise It's also only a 24 hr effect .

Ah, okay. Here I was wondering how you guys had solved depression.
Besides, I've never heard that there are any "extra" cases of depression that need explaining.
My impression was that most of it was unexplained, and that the doctors don't usually bother figuring out an explanation before skipping to the treatment step.
