WikiLeaks nominated for Nobel
Norwegian MP says whistleblowing website is a "natural contender" for 2011 Nobel Peace Prize for freedom of speech.
Snorre Valen on Wednesday said that the whistleblowing website was one of the most important contributors to freedom of speech in the 21st century.

Your point? I never claimed it was relevant, good, or worth anything...simply reporting an article I read and though some may be interested in here.

Aaaaaaaaaaaand back to the topic ...
I think it's interesting. Even if the nomination goes nowhere, like the mother theresa award, it certainly highlights that what is considered 'nobel prize worthy' is subjective and debatable.
