I'm going to put all my cards on the table here, I was actually planning to sit this game out but received the GM PM telling me my role before I even knew there was another sign up and have been automatically drafted. The reason I was going to sit this one out was because after that scum game I wanted a break. It was too much work, I've said so several times both in public and in the scum thread.
Rather than cause hassle with trying to get a sub I've just taken part since I am Vanilla town.
Mayor voting DP to me is a good move, if he is scum and does anything to protect them with his addition half vote it'll show up so easily, essentially I feel that by mayor voting him he's on a tighter leash regardless of his alignment.
The other thing I'd like to say is that this is still early days for me and I get the feeling that most of you really don't know what I'm like which is causing you to suspect me more easily. All I can hope for is that you remember these games in the future.
From the reactions in the past couple of pages, Gib still seems town to me but yet again, Feck seems to be manipulating people with his posts.
