Great big bollocks but not a surprise. I woke up this morning with a dreadful thought. What if there is no doc in this game? What if the immunity caused by the board was deemed to be enough? I mean - everyday it seems that one or two colours are immune, so why have a doc extra to that? And that community chest (there was also a chance) could have prevented a night kill on day 2. Then DP could just be claiming the doc and not really be it. I got suss after he didn't even mention Mantis in his post last night, preferring to say vote me instead. I am obviously hopelessly town so why vote me above Mantis?

Nelli, it's possible - as I pointed out yesterday - but unlikely. For DP to have done that, he'd have needed a clue from zigmen that there was no doc to make a counterclaim. Occam's razor would suggest that it's much more likely that he is the doc.

vote mantis

Yesterday... mantis accepted the oblivion/MZ/DP story unblinkingly... why? Because she knew she had to act cool under pressure. Also.. most telling... she was online much of yesterday.. but didn't throw a vote in until the last minute, and was basically pressured by me and oblivion to follow suit on the squid lynch. Why not vote earlier? Because, she needed to know the way the wind was blowing. She was hoping I'd vote oblivion, then she'd happily have thrown her vote there. But... frustratingly for her, the vote headed to squid, and she had to bus him. There was nothing pro-town in her behaviour yesterday, just self preservation.

MZ, you've been on my case, but I'm hoping you see the logic of all this. Another reason to vote mantis, is to remove her as mayor.

I did say there was a way that DP would be safe to make a false claim , but I don't think he did ..

Not unless Ziggy viewed me last night, I'm not making a false claim. I protected Ziggy last night, thought scum would gun for him.

I'm at a bit of a loss now, I believe Ziggy is seer, Nelli is townish, I don't think it's Feck, Irre don't know, Mantis don't know.

Fuck it, time to see what happens:

Vote Mantis.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

Irre, you can't mayor vote when we have a mayor.

Irre no one voted until late in the game. I think you're the don, and you've got everyone convinced that I am.

Anyway guys, at least there are a lot of players still left, because we'll be losing a town today. At least we've got some leeway to do this.

But, keep Irre in mind when this day round ends at least.

Either that or she is just mistaken, and in that case it's Feck.
