I've never been to Muslimia, but I hope things have changed since the sixties.
A friend of mine went to Morocco, and the first Arab he saw walking down the street in one of those long, flowing robes stopped as he walked, sank down to half his height for a minute, then rose back up and walked on.
They were trying to work out what he was doing, till one of them spotted the turd lying there in the street.

I am pakistani, so we use something called a lota (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lota_%28vessel%29) that you put water in and wash it with that. And some just prefer tissues if they can afford it, that is.
