nellikin wrote:M - I'm a noob too. Your use of the term ping doesn't point to being either scum or town to me, so I won't read anything into that. You didn't answer my question about DP though. And my comment about DP was a quote of Feck, who knows him, not my personal opinion - I'm new to the game and was merely interpreting what other people say about him. I wasn't trying to defend DP or accuse him, merely asking why you don't trust him.

Now that the game is over, it's probably because her mentor told her I was playing suspiciously, Irre always puts pressure on me.

When did I dump you? I must have been mad.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

You were mad to go out with me, I was mad to dump you. Just one of those crazy relationships.

why? you did great!
yabut milking your logging on discrepancies was pretty low :shifty:

Do you think that I was doing that to *help* myself? To look more townie? lol Gibs that was all really me tryng to figure out what was going on. It probably mademe into the scum that I got lynched for, I was an idiot. I really was trying to to understand something that keeps following me around but isn't really happening. People should see me when I'm not online, or when I am online and cloaked (unless they are mods). And the think about the windows up and my kids on the computer was totally nota lie I'd make up. It happens all the time and was the only explanation I could think of.

If I were scum and I had used that stuff to somehow help me, it would not be low it would be good play. But it was for real, I was town, and it got me lynched.

i meant me milking your logging on discrepancies, that was low and that'swhy i felt bad. I can see now how my wording was ambiguous!

i knew you were town all along, it was me milking the opportunity.

lol, btw at one point i even said yeh higgs is telling the truth she only just logged on to the TR game. I thought that made me look extra townie!

Higgs, I genuinely felt the online status thing was unfortunate for you, but I used that. I'd be interested to find out what swung it for Jynx.

WRT the GM input. It was minimal and had no affect on our decisions or game play I don't think.
I was chuffed to receive an oscar nomination however.

To answer Squid's comment about being over the top. Yes it was. The whole point was to either find one person to believe or give my team mates a very good reason to pile on to me. As it was Higgs almost swayed and in doing so probably created a bit more doubt about herself. Plus it was the most fun I've had in a mafia game for some time.

Was Oblivion the other mentor? Or did she really have a "cold". ;)

I was mentoring, playing 2 other games, designing my office space game AND had a cold. later in the week I got a needle stuck in my knee joint. It's been a rough week. If Nelli wants another mentoring opportunity, I owe her. :D

That's all we need, Oblivion ghosting around with her cloak of invisibility on.

I liked the town special roles in this game.
A different twist. Did the hider know that their movements were being tracked?

I mean what made him vote for you.
What was the thing that made him decide you were scum at the very end.

I thought there were cases against all four players, gib, DP, Feck and Higgs. But Jynx being Jynx dived straight in with a vote for you. Something must have tipped the balance for him, and I'd be interested to know what it was.
