Re: Hide and Seek Day 2

Voting for me on the basis that I might or might know what I'm talking about is giving me a good laugh. It has nothing to do with whether I might be town or scum. I might as well say I'll vote for someone because their pants are the wrong colour. Higgs more or less pointed this out.

I have issues with DP but I'll leave it at that for now.....

Gotta go out for a bit. See you later.

Well that tells me who your mentor is anyway.

Voting for someone based on pants colour isn't a bad idea.

Mine are black jeans, come on people, out with it.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

Oops. Sorry if my posting seemed jumbled - didn't realise that the cycle was 24/12, so I thought the day was ending and nobody was doing anything.

Anyway, M - I'd like to know more aout wht you have issues with DP? I realise, that as Feck put it he is ALWAYS scum, but that's not enough to convince me, and I haven't noticed anything suspect in his play. Though perhaps he is a master scum player who never lets anything show...

DP - could you please refer to players by their current names? I guess ani must be Jynx, but it took me a while to figure out. With regards to jynx and mz bickering - I don't think either have a well-founded argument. MZ is still iffy to me but mainly because I had the feeling he was trying to befriend me and then pulled back a bit when I got suss. At which point Charlou stepped in to be friendly. It almost seems like they're working in cahoots. and now CuriousSquid is backing them up...

Anyway, I'll unvote Higgs 2

OK, serious post, not intended to derail game.

As a ratz mafia 'noob' I understand the why people wish to ask of my previous experience. I am not going to answer and you can read into that whatever you wish, but I feel it would give unfair advantage over me as I have not been in the position to ask those question of the rest.

Also, I wonder whether my personality on this forum is going to effect the way people approach or judge me in the game. There are people here who I have never seen before; I assume you are here for the gaming, and fair enough. I post elsewhere on the forum though and I am not sure whether bringing this to the game is appropriate. I will continue to respond to people I know in my usual manner unless someone tells me not to.

Nelli - I wouldn't know DP was 'always scum'. This is my first game and I'm not a spectator.

OK, thanks, press on.

M - I'm a noob too. Your use of the term ping doesn't point to being either scum or town to me, so I won't read anything into that. You didn't answer my question about DP though. And my comment about DP was a quote of Feck, who knows him, not my personal opinion - I'm new to the game and was merely interpreting what other people say about him. I wasn't trying to defend DP or accuse him, merely asking why you don't trust him.

Vote: Charlou

Why is it so quiet? I don't think most people have even voted and nightfall is in an hour.
