Okay, now I'm visible. i used the password that I'd hope.

So note that mantis and DennyP both said they saw me online while I was invisible. So it could be something fishy.

Just to add, because we know Mantis was scum, so I assume she wouldn't have been lying.

Right, I've just waded through several pages of waffle about Higgs online status.
It doesn't really tell me much unfortunately.

M is playing a rather cagey game. Finding his feet? Difficult to guess whether he might be finding his feet a scum or town. Whoever asked about a mentor, don't. I think Ghat said somewhere that all new players have one and not to fish for who it is.

I'll come back after breakfast and have a fresh read and see if anything jumps out.

You seem a little less strident than usual Jynx ? By now when you are town you are you are often threatening to lynch anyone who doesn't vote for your chosen target as well

Nice work Jynx. I've been working on an art piece myself.

Now back to the game.

Jynx, it's only a matter of time before you start trading on past behaviour.
You've sunk your teeth in me and are determined not to let go.
You are doing this every game to someone recently and I can't remember you being right.
But I have constantly called it your town game and have marked you as such.

Now I think you are playing me. Fos Jynx.

I agree that being caught in a lie would be damning.

But I've noticed before that your online status is rather intermittent and I put no stall in it.
I think online status here can be rather flakey.
There's been a lot of unnecessary focus on this in my opinion.

Why do you ask?
I thought you were a noob but that appears to not be the case.
Or you have an awesome mentor
Flattery, 'eh?
M, your exchanges so far have only created the impression that you may or may not be scum.
If it's genuine uncertainty around how to proceed, then a good rule of thumb would be to ask some questions.
At the moment it looks like posting for the sake of it which is what a new player might be inclined to do as scum.

Having said that, Denny, I'm not sure about the awesome mentor thing. It is a bit of a suck up.

Maybe M's comment that included the term Ping was something She picked up in a scum thread ?

Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.
