Sooooo, for the basic info of the new players ... twelve player standard mafia ... could be nine town and three scum .. or maybe eight town, three scum and an indie ... for example. Scum can usually communicate with each other and do so by setting up an offsite writeboard. Standard town players are usually unaware of anyone else's role but their own so must work out who the scum are in order to lynch them all before enough town members are killed off to reach scum:town parity.

Tomorrow it said in the sign up. It's still today.
