Re: G'day
Thank you all for the welcoming. I'm not very fluent in theistic argument. I'm interested in learning more about the argument because I find it interesting and informative. For instance, I don't remember the term used regarding the fallacy of proving a negative statement (is there one, or is that description I just left the correct one?).
Nice to be a member on your board, I'll scout around further when I have time after this weekend - as I'm working on getting mobile after a mild injury - in terms of having a working vehicle.

Yes, yes, yes. But more importantly - do you prefer bacon or cheese?TruthWorthy wrote:Thank you all for the welcoming. I'm not very fluent in theistic argument. There is a fallacy called 'affirming the consequent', but I don't think that's what you're after.
Anyway, hope you sort out your mobility prob.

Edit: Goddammit, Feck! The exact same link!

Hey, thanks everyone! I much prefer bacon when it's been cooked well enough to cheese; unless the bacon is uncooked, old, or I'm not in the mood to cook it/acquire it so then I prefer cheese. There are most likely more situations where cheese if preferable to bacon. If I were to list them all, you'd all get sick of me really quickly - because I can go on about it.
Thanks for the links. As I found, there wasn't a distinct term for the incorrect argument.
I'll be on my wheels early next week at the latest - thank you for the encouragement.
