You head over to the cootch tent and sure enough, Squid is waiting there for you. He jams his straw hat on his head and stalks off the lot.

The Curious Squid was Felix "Stumpy" Drieffus, the manager of the Cootch show and was vanilla town.

Carnivale - Day 6

You find Gib in the dirt outside the Donniker. Gib has a cord wrapped tight around his neck. Man, you were hoping not to see one of them garottes again soon.

Gib was Rita Sue Drieffus, lot lizard, cootch dancer and formerly carnie role blocker; a cult member.

And Charlou is laid out stiff as a board in the fortune teller's trailer. At first you think it's her usual catatonic stiff-as-a-boardness but the gathering pool of blood on the floor under her bed says otherwise. Not to mention the fatal gunshot wound in her chest.

Charlou was Apollonia, the catatonic fortune teller, formerly carnie backup seer, and more recently a cult member.
