If she does actually have the restriction then is it more likely that she is town? It may have been a fuck up but I know she's been playing these games for ages, isn't that a big error for someone who's used to all this role stuff or are limitations like this rare?

yeah, it doesn't say anything about her alignment. we need to keep that in mind for later. the scum team very well might have tried it out on one of their own on night zero to help clear someone. or for all we know this is a curse and it originated with a townie rather than a scum.
