Good plan.
Well?

It's there already!

Oh, it was in "In depth...", not on the main level of Tech. I did not dig deep enough - what,
me impatient?

Good point, it shouldn't be there.
I'll move it up a level, ta.

That's a spammer in my book.
I concur ...

Our rules aren't entirely clear on it in this context. It's definitely a borderline case. It would be interesting to know what the membership feel about it. Here's the appropriate rule:
Spammers will be banned on sight. Forum members are however free to tout, promote and discuss their own products, creations and achievements in threads they start about them or threads in which they feel their input is relevant. They should not feel discouraged from doing so. However, forum members who persist in spamming their book/website/birthday party purely for reasons of advertising, will be politely asked to stop, 'reminded of the rules', then issued with a warning and potentially temporarily suspended if they continue.
He acted as a spammer, not a forum member. No other discussion, heck, his only post was the touting one... spammer all the way, banniçnate him to the sound of much rejoicing.

It's OK. Triggering memories be triggering, that's all.

Well, I got a damn good chuckle from reading that comment, Feck. I wonder if Ronja's reply was also done with tongue firmly pushed against cheek.

Fairly 50-50 balance between serious and silly, if memory serves. Humor growing out of pain or something to that effect...
A part of me really wishes that Josh wasn't a member here. Another part goes "we'll cross that bridge if we ever really get there" - i.e. as long as he's not active, it's not really an issue.

Not wanting to start Timmy bashing again but I think I (at least) got my fill in of name calling in over the RDF thing .From what I can see he deserved a few more over this recent stuff ...and He got them ! I don't think it calls for any rule changes ,I don't think it showed much more than how well our Mods handled the situation.

I'm not giving him head, even if he paid me, and I'm... look, a butterfly.

What if he threw in a lovely outdoor entertainment suite with the pool waterfall and jacuzzi and all? I'm sure you'd be bribable at some point...

And I for sorrow sung,

Lol. We all have our prices, I suppose. With him, mine'd be much higher than, er, normal. Not Normal.

Well, since Normal is worthless, of course your price would be higher than that

I'd go for the house - and if I do it blindfolded I can pretend it's someone else and maybe even give value for money - before dashing off and gargling some Alka Seltzers and mouthwash.
Hey now - just the other day, someone said to me: "You're only
twenty-two... How did you learn to do all this?" For Josh, it'll be the house or nothing, frankly...

True, and the blindfold adds a chargeable kink. Kerching.
