Charlou, and Ziggy could see i was playing weirdly one day one, plus one or 2 others but not enough to get me lynched. If i had been lynched i would have won the game. Day one jester (Krusty) with posting restrictions, now i become vanilla town.

Seriously i was hanging out all day, lied that i had only just got in, acting rude and defensive, asking about specials and hopping on bandwagons. I'm not sure what else i could have done. At times i wondered if there were more like me!

Anyway, on with the town game.

Anyone heard of a day 1 win condition? New to me.
I just re-read and now I'll have to read gib's posts again.
Actually the Ratskep game that Irre ran had a jester, but that wasn't specific to a particular day, and the game continued after that win condition was reached.
There is an element of plausibility.

It must be harder than it seems to get yourself lynched.

The game I ran had the jester role re-jigged so the game didn't end if the jester won, which is what the jester role is about. I suspect that's why oblivion shudders at the thought.

Yep that totally pinged for me, too. If you're town, you don't loudly wonder if a player is a special, but lynch vote them anyhow. Sounds like scum musing.
Still, denny pinged me the loudest so far.

Well, it doesn't matter that much to me either way. I don't think he's very high up on my scum list. Mantis, Denny & Ob are my suspects. i also didn't like how UT was pushing people to vote Higgs yesterday.

Concentrate on hunting scum. That's what shows you are town. Focusing in on what others are doing and any inconsistencies in play, any patterns you notice. That is the only way to convince us you are playing for town. If you continue to act scummy, the vig might just shoot you!

Indeed. Like i say, i'm now vanilla town, so lynching me would be a lot better than lynching a yown special.

I played the jester on day one - had to try for the day one win, any of you would do the same. I'm outing to give you guys a clearer picture of what's going on. Data helps town and hurts scum.

By all means lynch me tomorrow if that's what people want. Meanwhile let's see if we can learn anything about the way people reacted to me.
