he's gotten in 6 days of play in 3 games. how could he be doing better than you?

I think i only got 4 days of play from my first three games here. Everybody kept lynching me despite my being town. The Oz game was the first good one i played. It's been ok after that. Except I got lyched on day one in star trek

Ok, on a read through, I have no read at all on the Euro based players as they were not on the lynch activity.
Of the active players Mantis rings alarm bells. Something about the way she actively asked us to get off the Irre bw.
Why Mantis, why? Why are you so sure about Irre? That is my big question from a read from pages 7 to here.
Everything about the bw was predictable. We lynched a town. Charlou and Irre are ringing town. Tbh the rest are as well. It is possible that all active players were town.

I also have issue with how he defended Denny twice, despite denny looking scummy. He could either be helping his scum buddy or trying look good after denny gets whacked off with him appearing town for defending a now dead town. He also said higgs is neutral right before the higgs lynch.

I was quiet because I was busy. Didn't even catch up to the game until after noon. Completely missed nightfall, it was after 11:00 PM for me. What ever. A busdriver role would certainly not make me "quiet'. Count my posts, it'snot exactly like I said nothing,

Days of play is not necessarily a good benchmark for how well one is doing. If you're town, it's not about survival. Some of the best players I know barely make it past the first or second day.

Things got busy! And with a pretty crappy result.

1.This interested me:

Oh christ, don't tell me we're going to let Irre go down.

Someone else commented on Mantis' keenness to see irre saved - MZ maybe? Whoever it was, I agree.

2.That's not to say I'm as convinced as I was about irre's guilt - happily, the uncharacteristic fluffy persona has gone now, which is much more productive. I wasn't happy about her seemingly baseless flip/flop voting, but considering what you all got up to while I was asleep, maybe that's not such a good indicator of scumminess after all! I hope you were wise to save her.

3.This from Charlou also set off alarms about Mort:

Mort, by all means notice that I've not contributed much yet and find it suspicious if you like, but don't include a lie that I'm 'just watching' when I was not watching at the time at all (and had even posted that I had been working and was going to bed) ... and you vote for me based on that lie.

Later on in the thread, Mort reappeared and said Charlou was overreacting - but then she would say that if Charlou had caught her out, wouldn't she?

4. Many people seem suss of Denny and Gib, who both seem to me to be playing nervously and indecisively - not sure if this is their usual play?

This is just based on one read through from Page 6 to here, so if I've misrepresented anyone, sorry.

I did make a mayor vote ,don't misrepresent me ! Your spread sheet only works if you put the right data into It and I didn't have to stay up all night and change my lynch vote because I don't think it was on a town player and fliping around like stranded fish this way and that on day one just confuses things .

Seriously i was hanging out all day, lied that i had only just got in, acting rude and defensive, asking about specials and hopping on bandwagons. I'm not sure what else i could have done. At times i wondered if there were more like me!

Anyway, on with the town game.

Ok, reviewing my previous post based on a closer examination of yesterday and tonight, I'm sticking with my suspicions. Denny's play is odd, but I don't know him so I'm hesitant to point too noisy a FoS - if anyone has more info, please share.

Plus I agree that Gallstones is curiously quiet.
Plus this last from Gib seems WAY too far-fetched to believe.
Plus I see Ani being called to account, but I never know what to think about him. The quality of his play varies in direct proportion to the quality of the computer game he's most recently purchased, so he's tricky to read.

Checking out now for Saturday chores and footy. Back for Day 2.
