Oblivion hasn't impressed me at all.

Those three are my top priority for scum right now.

i can't put a number on Galls, she looks very scummy. so scummy that it's too scummy to be scummy

UT, i have given my reasons for all three of those being scummy earlier in the thread. That post was merely to highlight my choices again. Taken by itself it should look hollow.

yeah she did. She and I tend to suspect each other when we're town, though. It wouldn't be a day 1 if one of us didn't at least fos the other.

I didn't weigh that vote against her.

dude. there are at least 6 people I regularly play with who fit that modus. You have not scratched the surface of TR mafia.

over at TR they have this rule about leaving newbs alive no matter how scummy they look until the endgame. Maybe we should institute something like that here. If the new players don't get any playtime they'll never get better.

It's not so much a rule as a practicality. if you keep killing them early you don't get a sense of their town and scum games.

that's one of the reasons gib is hard for people to read right now.

I don't know if I trust it yet, but my towndar seems to be working better than my scumdar. I don't have a strong sense of scum players yet. But, I feel pretty sure that Charlou, and UT are town. Despite my concerns about Irre, I'm getting a decent town sense from most of her posts, too.

I've had town vibes from charlou's posts all day. UT has a knack of doing subtle, implied FoS's and it makes him slippery. A view on him would be good (I hear his curtains are up, so now is a good time).

MZ is the most townish I've seen in a while.

The quiet ones to be looked at tomorrow IMO: DP, callan, gallstones

It's been so damn long since I've been scum at ratz, you have no idea what my scum game actually is. you've just seen variations on my town theme - games when I've been clicking and games when I've been crap.

The kind of scum game I played when I was new to ratz would never work now, anyway, precisely because you DO know my town game very well.

I just have to chuckle every time I read something about how my scum and town game are so similar wnen I haven't played a scum game at ratz since Spooks.

Now is not the time, but I'd love for you to describe my scum game to me some time.
