I'm thinking that higgs might be right and the scratches on char show that her blocker was the scum one. I just don't know how much to read into that. but if char was targeted by the scum one, it would make her town. that would mean gib is town and higgs probable town since she gave that clue. but that's an awful lot to read into a flavor text.
