Well, yes, as part of that inherent lust to trust and be trusted - I do like to enjoy giving and taking binding oral contracts myself from time to time, with those whom I feel will play fairly. However, I will use appropriate protection if I have even the slightest of doubts in my mind about the person I am engaging - and it's a pity that Richard doesn't appear to have in this case. And of course, there are times when oral, protected or not, just isn't good enough in anyone's eyes... And sometimes the person needs to be bound far more firmly in line with one's terms.And, I heard you prefer your contracts to both oral, and binding.
