If the US does it, it's legal, if anyone else does the same thing, its illegal, and a war crime or crime against humanity. Also, you can blow people up legally, only it has to be from bombers and jet fighters. If it's done on the ground it's "cowardly" and "terrorism".
Still, at least there are plenty of them going home in body bags, which is some justice. And it's getting more and more obvious they're going to lose the war.
Meh - that's what some said about Iraq. "The War is lost!" - Harry Reid, US Sen. Nevada.

LOL - you want them to leave their "allies" to their fate, don't you? Or, do you want them to stay? Which is it? Or, do you want to bitch about them being their, and then when they leave, bitch about them leaving?

lol.

You guys really don't understand the legal system at all. It's hilarious.

ahhh it's about time you showed up. For anyone who doesn't yet know, the mad hatter is a real life genious. He/She is amazing, a wealth of knowledge. He/she knows the legal systems of every country on the planet, not to mention every countries political comings and goings. Seriously, we should all count ourselves lucky that he/she actually expends some of that genious participating on this little forum. I can't believe someone of your vast knowledge would find the time...or even bother for that matter. You must be busy working on some kind of intellectual masterpiece. :praise: Our eternal gratitude.
Our struggle is not against actual corrupt individuals, but against those in power in general, against their authority, against the global order and the ideological mystification which sustains it.

Because they could. Especially after disallowing the argument that Khadr was a child soldier, they could nail him to the wall. It's rather disgusting in my opinion that with all the outcry around the world about how odious the concept of kids as soldiers is, the U.S. military finds one and tosses out the fact that he was one. Talk about hypocrisy.
