I think today's title means that Dorothy is playing blind, no seeing abilities.
However, if she tries to recruit a baddie, she'll fail, but then know they are a baddie.
I'm just speculating out loud here.
But could the object for town be to get recruited, to be rescued by Dorothy.
I'm not sure whether town should be witch hunting Dorothy or not.
What happens if Dorothy is banished? Maybe her followers can continue the recruitment.
