NO DIRECT DONATIONS TO THE FOUNDATION OR NON-BELIEVERS GIVING AID HAVE BEEN MISAPPROPRIATED.
Kind of a tactically defensive sounding statement. The part in all caps makes it sound like they're trying to avoid a defamation countersuit.
