Re: Zombie Day 2
Forget my first post. I was just being silly in a very serious thread. If you think that's scummy, so be it. I'll do it again, so be warned. And I'd do it if scum or town. Sometimes.
If totals is repeating the same behaviour in which he was scum, that's something he'll have to address, especially if he's town.
I'm encouraged that people find me difficult to read. I realise I'm not doing much scum hunting. I'm in a group training session right now and not easy to focus on the game!
UT is looking a might untownish to me. But then people who see me as scum always do.

Why is group training catering always so disappointing?

I am going to be near my computer though so you might be able to sway my vote.

Re: Zombie Day 2
mono is the most scumlike to me right now.
first he finds my post from yesterday that i messed up on. good reason to vote on me i know.
but then he holds off on actually voting for me until a few more votes show up. hes the third to vote for me, but the first to point out my mistake.
passive scum kill?
also, apologies if you are a she. i just kinda wrote he and thought of that now.

Because they expect you to be so focussed on your group training that you neglect to notice that you're eating the leftovers from the homeless shelter.Magicziggy wrote:Why is group training catering always so disappointing?

Were you looking for a cast iron reason to jump on? If he comes up town, you'll be the first one I look at.ScienceRob wrote:Given this and the similarity between the two:Ghatanothoa wrote:That sounds familiar totals

Re: Zombie Day 2
Thanks for that. I am finding mono a little thin on the scum hunting effort. The FoS then holding off the actual vote is quite scummy. He's moved up on my list of suspicious characters.totals wrote:mono is the most scumlike to me right now.

I've already got my vote on him. I think it'd be exciting to see a fully pro-town post from him, piano lady distraction notwithstandingMagicziggy wrote:Were you looking for a cast iron reason to jump on? That is bordering on fluff. I have the concession on that.irretating wrote:Because they expect you to be so focussed on your group training that you neglect to notice that you're eating the leftovers from the homeless shelter.Magicziggy wrote:Why is group training catering always so disappointing?

Re: Zombie Day 2
I wanted something more solid than simply voting the same way as the group as right now. I only have very very very vague suspicions about who might be "scum". I try to avoid group conformity and group think. I learned enough about it in sociology class, I don't want to reenact those scenes. ~.~
And maybe its because I'm new to this game but what qualifies as a fully town post? Do you want me to cast my suspicions out when I think they are nothing more than baseless hunches?

I didn't really think so* ... as I said, I was just pulling your leg.Magicziggy wrote:Forget my first post. I was just being silly in a very serious thread. If you think that's scummy, so be it.

I like them all, but the difference between RatSkep style mafia (lots of witty levity) and ratz mafia (getting down to business) is noteworthy ... and TR has a different style again (still getting a handle on that one

*That doesn't preclude the possibility that you are, in fact, scum.

Having a nice lurk down there mono?
Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.
Code: Select all
// Replaces with spaces the braces in cases where braces in places cause stasis
$str = str_replace(array("\{","\}")," ",$str);

Keeping quiet and shooting blind are two different things. I certainly didn't see any compelling reason to vote for anyone, including higgs2.Ghatanothoa wrote:WTF is this. Do you think we should all keep quiet on day 1 and give scum a hiding place? Utter nonsense. Day one is where you get information for day 2 even if you do end up lynching town and a nolynch on day one just gives scum a free kill. I'm trying to work out if this flawed reasoning is because you are scum or just because you are clueless. FOS anyway.mononoke wrote:I don't believe in the first day witch hunt. Those have almost always failed in the past, and this game was no exception.DennyB wrote: Mono, Why not vote yesterday?
And the scum get the kill anyway, whether we lynch or not. All this has been doing is giving them an extra kill on day one.
This is what I think.
