first off, please explain your vote higgs.

Second, oblivion if you dial it back to far you're not going to be much use to town. Besides myself and ghat is there anyone else that you're suspicious of?

That's not what pinged.

but, since you brought it up, by that logic all of town would be better off lynched asap, which is not the case. you're ignoring the possibility of dead players returning with their alignment changed.
that doesn't matter. if we lynch you straight off, we still get your wisdom, but we'll know straight away what your true alignment is and how much we should trust your advice. Obviously we don't want to do this to all town members but you could be of great benefit as an adviser we can trust or ignore absolutely. If you do come back to life we'll have to examine what you say, but if you are town, being dead might be the way you can help us most.

One thing to keep in mind rob is if there is a scum Don, they will view as town.

Either I'm dropping classic scum tells or I'm not. You've gone from lynch voting me for allegedly scummy behavior to advocating my lynch for the greater good.

And it occurs to me that this would be a great way for scum to flush out town specials with plausible deniability.

When I first read this( pre-coffee), I thought it was ghat who posted it, not Uselesstwit. So, I take back the bit about lynch voting me for classic tells. However, I still think this sort of logic is dangerous to our town specials, and not pro-town.

Killing oblivion and making him advisor seems like an OK idea but that just seems mean to him

But it's not fool proof and can back fire. What if she is assigned a new role...possibly a scum roll. What have gained. Nothing but perhaps gaind a scum. Anti-town move IMO.

Trying to make sure here, when does voting end?
I can live with doubt, and uncertainty, and not knowing. I think it's much more interesting to live not knowing than to have answers which might be wrong. [...] I don’t feel frightened by not knowing things, by being lost in a mysterious universe without having any purpose, which is the way it really is, as far as I can tell, possibly. It doesn’t frighten me. - Richard Feynman

Midnight EST, which is GMT-5.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.
