I just did a quick google search, and while there was no links to news websites, my memory serves me well:
One day after 9/11 the perfectly unscathed passport of Satam Al Suqami, one of the alleged 19 hijackers, was found several blocks from Ground Zero, even though its next to impossible such a flimsy item escaped the towering inferno unblemished.
That's from a conspiracy theory website, but it shows I'm not just imaging it :awesome:

If you google around there are plenty of reports of other small passenger effects surviving more-or-less intact from the other crashes. It happens. Little things can get blown clear. Not that surprising.
Although it may look like a forum, this site is actually a crowd-sourced science project modelling the slow but inexorable heat death of the universe.

There is only one solution, Lozzer. They must build a replica of one of the towers in a desert, complete with dummies etc. and crash a remote-controlled passenger jet (also stocked with dummies and lots of paperwork etc.) into it, then examine the scene carefully...

Yes. It was a conspiracy by Osama bin Laden, Khalid Sheikh Muhammed, 20 hijackers and various other Al Qaeta members and personnel to commit the hate-based attacks on 9/11/01.

For anyone that thinks that it was committed by the US government, I introduce Exhibit A: Wikileaks. http://www.newsweek.com/blogs/declassif ... ments.html

Given the swiss cheese nature of our security apparatus and government, the cockamamie and convoluted Rube Goldberg theories from the "Bush did 9/11" fruit loop crowd seem incredible at best just on the surface (and none of them stand up to close scrutiny anyway).

Kinda like Pearl Harbour - US govt knew it was coming and that the attack would serve a purpose. just didn't realise the success it would have (but to be fair, neither did the japs or the muslims).

But they still didn't risk the Carriers in Pearl Harbour. nor the President in the Whitehouse.

When vested interests align folk don't always need to do something, often it's enough not to do something, or simply know where not to look hard...............so there are no actions to uncover.

Xamonas Chegwé wrote:Just think about Watergate. The incumbent administration bugs the headquarters of the opposite party - a conspiracy involving a dozen or so people at most. The details are leaked and the president is impeached.

Now consider how many people would need to be involved in a conspiracy to 'fake' 9/11. Think it would never get out? Think again!

People tell people shit - that is their nature. You just can't cover up something that big. :tea:
Plus, there'd be money to be made. Blackmail and extortion - "I'll tell, unless you give me $." And, then someone will figure they could tell, and get a news outlet to give them big bucks and they could go underground. And, then there would be those caught up in it that were afraid to get caught and would sweat every night until their guilt overcame them and they had to confess. Then there would be those who wold be truly patriotic and repent of their deeds. Then there would be the moles and double agents....

I mean - come the fuck on....I argued with 9/11 "Bush did 9/11 folks" many times, and their arguments all boil down to things similar to the "Apollo Moon Hoax" dickbags. They see one isolated facts, or a combination of three facts, and ignore everything else, and say "How could this be!?" Then you explain just how it could be, and they just don't accept it.

If I hear another liberal arts major talk about the tensile strength and melting points of steel and the structural integrity of the twin towers, I think I'll puke. Here's a fucking of shit-for-brains woo-masters, hardly any of whom took Physics 1 in college, let alone Structures, Metals or Thermodynamics, etc., and they think they can opine in an educated fashion that a fully loaded 767 with 10,000 gallons of jet fuel ramming the towers at X hundreds of miles an hour "just couldn't bring down the towers" because "no steel structure was brought down BY FIRE" and steel doesn't melt until X degrees.

Ask one basic question of any of them: Can you show me your work? --- i.e. show me your math demonstrating what you think the forces at play were and how they impacted the structure of the buildings.

You'll immediately get no such information, and only an excuse that "I'm not an engineer, I'm just raising questions."

However, they ignore the single giant-assed fact that other actual experts HAVE examined the problem, and the forces at play ARE sufficient to have brought down the towers as they did come down.

The fucking conspiracy nuts are idiots!

The US didn't know about Pearl Harbor. I kept the information from them. I knew I'd need a hobby in my next life and this looked like a good thing. Just sayin'.

Okay please show me how you know this ? Because I can see little point in allowing it to happen but you are telling me that Pearl harbour was allowed because Why for what reason ? there was no reason to lose those ships ,those men. Japan was about to declare war I think the US knew that maybe .

Strategically if the US had had any reason to let Pearl Harbour happen then they would have had even more reason to Use those carriers to fuck up the Japanese carriers while their fighter cover was away do you not think ?

There's one problem that debunks any conspiracy theory, they all imply a level of intelligence that just doesn't exist in government... any government.
